New two bay steel portal frames with support structure for over head gantry cranes in each bay. Located in the Swansea West Industrial Park, the building formed part of a relocation package for Cegelec from their current SA1 location, work also included parking/hard standing facilities and a lean-to steel structure off the main frame for office use.
