Four new buildings to serve as the administration centre for the new liquid natural gas terminal for the UK. The buildings comprise of 2 single storey administration units and 2 number industrial units to house the warehouse and fire station for the whole site. All the buildings had to be designed for earthquake loading, with the 2 number industrial units designed as single span portal frame with gantry crane supports.
